Adult survivors of Sexual Assault

This group is for women who have been assaulted as adults or older teens. It is an informal, self-help model that recognizes the wounding experience and honors the need, and the right, to heal and grow. Adults molested as children

This is an educational group for adults who have been sexually abused during childhood. The group meets once a week for 13 sessions and addresses the impact of the trauma, integrates new coping skills, and allows for processing of the abuse experienced through expressive activities.
