Operations Director

The Women’s Center of San Joaquin County has the position of Operations Director open. The Operations Director is a full time position with benefits, $65,000-$75,000 annually, DOE. The Operations Director assists the Executive Director with all functions and activities of the organization such as fiscal management, development and implementation of information systems, special projects, funding, programs, budgets, cultivation and donor stewardship, and community outreach. The Operations Director is responsible for providing leadership and management to the agency’s program management team. This individual adheres to and ensures that the agency’s policies and procedures are in compliance with all funding contractors’ requirements. This is a newly created position and will be open until filled.

Law Enforcement Coordinator

The Women’s Center of San Joaquin County has the position of Law Enforcement Coordinator open. The Law Enforcement Coordinator is a full time position with benefits, $30,648 annually, DOE. The Law Enforcement Coordinator works in collaboration with the Stockton Police Department to provide outreach and education to police personnel and first responders about domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. Provide advocacy and support services to victims of domestic violence referred through the Stockton Police Department. Conduct two one-month outreach campaigns for domestic violence and sexual assault. Position is co-located at the Stockton Police Department.
